As the first Smartsheet partner in Greece, mData leveraged its expertise in the platform to bring this innovative project to life. The Veeva Request form designed by mData can be easily accessed by employees through Outlook, streamlining the request submission process. All requests are stored and edited in Smartsheet, where data can be seamlessly synchronized with Veeva. mData also implemented and activated a series of notifications to ensure that the responsible parties have the necessary information at their fingertips at every stage of the process, providing a smooth and efficient experience.
